Calls
Calls are best handled on Mondays and Tuesdays. To book an appointment, click the link on this page and you will receive a confirmation and reminder of your appointment via email.
All appointments must be booked online
Calls will not be received or conducted after 7pm or before 10am.
For faster response, emails are gladly accepted.
Appointments
Appointments are available as shown online,
and accepted in the order of request.
Appointments are usually 2-4 weeks out, depending on previous purchased vouchers expiring.
This may produce a high volume of individuals booking at the same time.
Groupons are redeemable Wednesday - Friday
Weekend/Holiday appointment slots
are for cash/credit only
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER!!!!
Couples/pairs
*Groupons are redeemable for INDIVIDUAL services only.
*Couples/Pairs serviced together are

Service Time
Your purchase time is for your entire appointment.
Introduction, service, relaxation and exit. Additional service time is available for purchase in store.
PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT!
If you are late, that time will be taken off the service time.
No shows/Last minute cancellations are frowned upon!
THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $25 THAT IS STRONGLY ENFORCED!!
Your time is respected and therefore the time of your therapist should be respected as well. Your courtesy is appreciated!
Gratuity
Tipping is appreciated!! All tips are accepted, cash or credit/debit. The average tip is 20% of REGULAR / VALUE PRICED SERVICE... not on the amount paid for the voucher.
Online Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled 72hours in advanced
Effective April 1, 2013,
ALL appointments require credit card hold.
Your card is charged ONLY
if you do not cancel within 24 hours. NO ACCEPTIONS!
Afterwards, you may reschedule the service
with a free and clear voucher.
